I won't drink milk when it's close to expiration either. Same goes with sliced cold cuts. My mom almost died once from food poisoning, so I am really freaked out about expired foods.

When I've been gone for a long time and come home at night, I have to go to every room and check things out before I can relax lol

I don't like for my feet to be out from under the blanket either. I don't get nightmares, but for some reason it makes me feel uncomfortable. I have to sleep with a fan on every day too, cause I can't sleep in total silence.

husband's the same way we sleep with fans on year-round. i've come to like it.

he can't sleep to music but it's something i like. during rare bouts of insomnia, i'll go on the couch and turn some music on really low and eventually finally fall asleep.

i *have to* listen to music to sleep while traveling (car, bus, etc) tho.

The fan thing is huge, in total silence my mind focuses on any and every abberant ambient noise.

If I end up in a hotel without a continuous fan, one that turns on and off intermittently throughout the night, I rarely sleep well.

When I get bored I start spelling out words I see written down in a code involving clusters of three alphabetically sequential letter in which only the third letter of each cluster is counted in the word. So for instance, "Trotskilicious" would be spelt "rsTpqRmnOrsTqrSijKghIjkLghIabCghImnOstUqrS"

I'm kinda (read: very) drunk but also I took a heap of tests last year to determine IQ and what-have-you mental stuff cause it's kinda been a stress out this last year or so what with me being 22 and not able to move out of my folks place and i've been seeing a therapist and he's good but the GPs he refers me to are shit and they cant just let shit slide when i'm fucking with them I don't even know, I want to be more functional and its taken until now to get particularly far but I feel like it's a good place to be. Life isn't easy, y'know.
