For me, Shocktop is the poor man's Blue Moon and should be drank out of a can, but as far as taste goes, Blue Moon isn't THAT much better. Just a little classier.

I had no idea shock top came in a can either. I've only ever seen it in bottles. It's a pretty popular mid-range beer amongst college age people, but it seems whenever someone offers me one it's always one of those fruity novelties

hmm I think we have just been exposed to each differently. I usually go to upscale bars that carry Blue Moon on tap and the rare times I see Shock top it's in a can and relatively cheap.
