75% of it is a solid game. the rest is just filler with backtracking and fetch quests. also the hand holding can get pretty infuriating.

it was flawed but worth it

It's a solid game; the best part of it is the gameplay. I never play wii games, but this one is worth it. It is miles ahead of the first wii games and Twilight Princess in terms of creativity and implementation of the controls. Puzzles are rarely if ever repeated. I was genuinely stumped twice. Overall it is a 9/10 game and a fresh experience for the Zelda enthusiast. The story is mildly more interesting than in standard Zelda games (it is technically the first story-wise).

tl;dr - first Wii game worth playing in years

Speaking of pinball games that dominate... Kirby's Pinball for Gameboy is UNREAL. I played the shit out of that thing. Still do sometimes on long trips, kills time so effectively.

Wasn't there like a kirby golf type game? Is that the pinball one? That shit was dope on the snes. I never really got into the game boy But that adapter cartridge for the snes was a pretty cool idea.

Just installed Diablo 3 last night... played for a good 3 hours. Enjoying it so far, but need to sit by myself and explore menus/etc. I just dove in with a friend in coop mode, and felt like parts of it were whizzing over my head.

Yeah, the previously mentioned pinball was Kirby's Pinball for Game Boy - but the one you're talking about was also totally rad and fun, it was called Kirby's Dream Course for SNes. Both are way solid.

picked up the original box + packaging for my snes (purchased on my birthday '94) during a visit to my folks', which should increase the value of the console by about $100
