Around the end of January. I was heading home from a mates place where i'd been picking up weed/getting blazed and i had the munchies so I stopped in at a service station on the way home and bought a pie that looked like it had been there for a million years. I spent the whole following day throwing up. Lesson learned.

This morning, I have a sensitive gag reflex and sometimes when I brush my tongue and roof of my mouth I'll barf hardcore. The sweaty, tearing up, your whole face turns red type of puking. Sucks.

This afternoon, I got stuck on a piece of bread at lunch. It wasn't really throwing up though, it was more a productive burp.

I have quite a few pb's if I'm not careful with how I'm eating, but not as many as when I first got banded. Actual throwing up with heaving, I haven't done since the I was in the first trimester and had morning sickness.

I used to have acid reflux that would cause me to wake up unable to breathe and in burning in my throat. I didn't go to the doctor about it for the longest time...... till I started having chest pains that felt like a heart attack. They found out I had esophageal spasms due to ulcers in my stomach and esophagus. It was all from stress.
