Boston's a billion times better, but it's cold as balls there... I've never been there while the weather wasn't frigid.

BAHSTAN is kind of neg repped by the people i've met from there

they were an idiot's trio i met in NYC some years ago, all wearing red sox hats, all with the obnoxious accents and behaving as if they were straight out of the departed but before that movie was even released

WTF. Make a thread about beer or Philly and this place comes alive. Talk about anything else and there's tumbleweeds and a for sale sign on the home page.

Cheesus.

Now that could be because everything's so damn old there... but probably because they have never needed a/c there in 200+ years of summers.

It really is a terrible shame about the inhabitants though.

Meh. I disagree. But to each their own. I'm proud of Texas to an obnoxious degree, as are Boston natives. For right or wrong, having pride isn't a bad thing.

Oh we'd miss you. Let's just chalk that up to all of us being on the same cycle and PMSing like crazy last week.

the Franklin Institute had an exhibit on mummies a few months back, it might still be there. It cost a little bit to get in, but it is the largest collection of mummies every assembled for the public eye, and is quite impressive... probably the coolest museum exhibit I have ever been to.
