The shittty goddamn sagging is alive and well in kansas city - has been for decades. Maybe it's on its way out because kc is where fashion and trends go to die.

The sagging has never bothered me but, along the same culture of ignorance, blaring bass-heavy in one's car seems to show no sign of slowing down. If you think it has, you obv don't live in a poor enough neighborhood.

5-6th grade this right here was my exact outfit. Body suits/cut off denim, and tights. Yep. I added a vest to it to make it even cooler though.
