Not a fashion trend but I got pogs banned from my elementary. Some whiny cry baby lost his best pogs to me and my slammer of improvised justice and all of a sudden we're gambling addicts. W/e dude

Pogs, yes.
Another thing that was big when I was young (like grade 1-4) was shooting marbles outside at recess. There was boy who would shoot mine for me so as to insure I kept the important ones!

Oh good. & yes, I understand, I had a similar break a few years ago and aside from the day it happened it didn't bother me much aside from going to and from work.

Maybe some of those things were only popular in Europe, in particular Germany...

http://www.fahrradgigant.de/image-o/...__12889-01.jpg
Every child attached these to the bike, sometimes plastic strips were just taped to the bicycle frame to create as much noise as possible.

http://www.headcovers.com/nimg/woodb...head-scarf.jpg
this made me sick, between 1999 and 2000 so many girls at university wore headscarfs.

http://cdn.starflash.de/bilder/justi...687-106696.jpg
seems like Justin Bieber resurrected the denim vest, everybody just cut off the sleeves of the denim jackets in the 90`s, I also owned one of those.

this says it all

I don`t know why I still remember this one besides Reebok Pump which was already mentioned. There were so many bad sports shoes, these two came straight to my mind

http://www.articlesweb.org/blog/wp-c...ty-wear-13.jpg
I never owned one of these, I just wrote anything in school in neon writing
