okay I guess that is true. There may be contexts where military intervention is justified.

Typically not though, and it is pretty much a liberal dictum that if the United States sends troops anywhere it is never justified. I don't see how so many people can change their minds in this case just because of a video.

Was it though? Maybe for the US, and for communists during the Civil War in Spain, but when the intervention is clearly motivated by economic self interest it is really weird that a large group of otherwise liberal people can be persuaded to support it because of some dumb video.

The guy who did this video does seem like one of those SXSW poser liberal idiot types -- they regurgitate a certain spectrum of a cause and pass it off as complete understanding and knowledge of the situation in part because they have a bunch of politicians and celebrities that are also behind the cause.
