one of my absolute favorite texas "in" jokes from this show was when they made a big deal about boomhauer being the "king of surfing" in corpus christi bay and then they cut to the footage of it sometime later in the ep and the waves are like a foot high. It was funny to us the first time they say it. LOL SURFING IN THE GULF OKAY DUDE

speaking of, whyyyyy the fuck are there not more seasons on dvd. the most asinine of shows get full home releases... really is mind boggling. i think the last dvd release was season 6 so that must've been circa 2003 or something. a full decade
