What action do you think the US takes to stop the bloodbath?

Bashar al-Assad's basic systematic killings of Syrians has been going on for a while, and is escalating it seems daily. Russia and China are aiding Assad's military most likely, so it's a tricky situation.

Something's got to give soon.

No.

But since he is the only man not bought and sold by the corporations that control politics and is as relatively close to the Presidency as he is, he's the best one right now. Not that they'd ever let him get the seat of power. He's a bug in their eye as it is and his popularity (such as it is) is directly related to many people waking up that he is right about our government turning into an empire around the world and a tyranny here.

Also, he's not in line with attacking Iran like all the other candidates are, yet active duty military donates to his campaign more than the others combined. That's a zeitgeist level shift in an important piece of consciousness of our nation: Military men choosing to stand against the Military Industrial Complex.

But you should know how illogical you sound when you call out Vets not wanting to get shot. They accept they could die in combat, but then they wake up to the fact they're not fighting for a sovereign nation anymore, but kleptocrats that have taken over our government. Many of them have waken up to that fact. You have not.
