When I was in Charlotte, Jesco came to do a show and I ended up going with an old friend. It was pretty weird because it wasn't a good show really, but everyone there loved him. It's a crazy following. His sister Mamie was there too. They sang a song together.

Some of the documentary is shocking, but I've seen people that live like that around NC too.

I like my yolk congealedand not runny but not chalky either. I can do a runny poached egg on top of a salad or eggs benedict (but with smoked salmon and spinach instead if ham).

But my everyday favorite is a French omelette with olive oil or butter, and a bit if cheese...sometimes spinach, onion, tomato.

scrambled w pepper and chili flakes, sliced turkey sausage links, corn tortillas, and cheese.
with hella hot sauce

and homefries.
