When I have crushes on girls I run into that work at stores and restaurants I just continue to go there until I'm able to catch them leaving, and then I can find out where they live. After that you can really schedule some seemingly innocent bumping into each other in public occurrences.

get it to the point where she asks what you do in your free time, then say "well usually after doing my daily workout which consists of 1000 push-ups, i volunteer at the animal shelter. i saved a puppy yesterday you know. what about you?"

my friend did this to me. i was working and he came in with another friend and chatted with me. then he left and came back the next day when i wasnt working. then he came in two days later on a friday and asked if i wanted to hang out. i said no. but he kept coming back to talk. we actually became pretty good friends, i guess. but it was seasonal since i was leaving in a month.
