I've never been to a whole foods!

I don't tend to use that much organic food, I guess I try when it's affordable.

Oh and tuna is not for me, so adding pasta and some fatty sauce isn't going to "help" it...

yeah i rarely eat meat just cause i'm lazy and don't cook, but i got a mushroom swiss burger a lindburger's (not sure if this is a chain or not) cause of this thread. i give it a 3.9/5

I need to start eating healthy again too. I haven't consistently stopped, but I would like the holidays to be over so I can have all these sweets out of my face. No fat yogurt, berries, and whole grain waffles for breakfast \m/

i wanted to eat half and save the other half for part of my dinner. didn't really work out. but there is a little bit left.

i've been losing weight and i eat a bunch, too. whatever. i've become a regular at whole foods recently. just sitting there for hours eating in the cafeteria and junk. there is just so much to do there. my friend and i were there for like 4 hours yesterday. we walked around and had some samples. then i bought some sushi and a sweatshirt and a 99 cent bag.
