i'm afraid to try any, also. i doubt my stomach could handle it. i'm afraid i'd get crazy sick. i can't even do french onion soup bc the beef broth hits me before i can finish it.

fructose is the problem with orange juice
its the single worst part of sugar health-wise
that's the reason HFCS is such a disaster and why agave nectar is really just a triumph of marketing (it's 92% fructose which is the highest concentration of anything on the market and is therefore hell on your liver)

ugh
i'm gonna go on a raw vegetable juice fast for the rest of the year

I can watch then. Corn (and fructose, etc) really is I think the key reason besides lack of movement why so Americans are all overweight.

I thought corn had no nutritional value ...how does that cause obesity?

the restaurant i used to work at in boston was the only place i was ever tempted to get a hamburger.

everything they served including produce was local, grass-fed, organic, etc. they would buy animals whole and do all the cutting and stuff in-house. there was a store next door with a little deli where they sold raw meat and ingredients and held slow-food workshops once a month.

the food was incredible.

chris did you ever eat at the Garden of Eden on tremont and dartmouth?

They use it for EVERYTHING because it is cheap and can be manipulated to take on so many flavor profiles and textures. Your body really gets no value from it, and it is used to be a vessel for fat, calories, sodium, etc.

CFS is the major culprit of course.

Eating corn on the cob or whatever isn't probably a problem.

This thread is clearly not about Tuna Helper anymore and this honestly upsets me a bit.

My top 3 favorite Tuna Helpers (please realize that there are farrrr more than 3 Tuna Helpers. There are in reality 6 or 7.)

2. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...A300_SH20_.jpg

And it seems like people should try Tuna Helper instead of hating on it since the studies of this poll show that people who try Tuna Helper actually enjoy it and love it as opposed to those who do not love it in a 2:1 ratio.

Well then fair enough. We have will have a cook off but you better be honest with the results.

This reminds me of the Parks and Rec episode where Ron made the real talk burgers and Rob Lowe made the Veggie burgers thinking their fanciness made them better. And in the end the real talk burgers won, just like the real talk Tuna Helper will win in any tuna+pasta tasting test.

i dunno you're talking about fancy and i'm talking about like five ingredients. milk, flour, and butter, tuna, broccoli. Salt, pepper to season. Fancy you go with cream.

i'm just saying powdered food ain't right.

i make honest talk burgers, do you think i'm a fancy pants. i'm a fat guy jeez.

Your 5 ingredient recipe is pretty fucking fancy compared to my tuna + Tuna Helper recipe.
