i mean thats only beef

go for wild caught on the label of any seafood

unfortunately you never know with "free range" for poultry and eggs and such
there's too much leeway with that label

i went to the extreme of visiting farms to see how the animals were treated and i feel a lot better for having done that and basically mostly order vegetarian in restaurants

i mean yeah i'm fat but that's cause i eat too much in general not cause i eat meat at all

when i lost all that weight it was basically by b eing one of toby's "paleo fagots"

yeah see it's just easier to avoid it altogether. but in restaurants i'm still at the point where i wanna get the thing i'm gonna enjoy the most. : x

but i dunno, this whole not buying meat thing has worked out pretty well so far. the cereal/yogurt/apple lunches are sufficient. and there have been vegan flatbreads on sale the last couple times i've been to the store. and Amy's veggie burgers aren't too bad. i'm makin' it work.

I've cut out red meat almost completely. That and P90x have led me to lose 20 pounds in about 5 months. It's been really nice.

how much time do you spend on the p90x every day?

I've gotten into some pretty bad eating habits recently with how busy/stressed I've been. I'd love to lose around 20 pounds and tone up a bit. I'm planning on getting back to better habits once I wrap up school this week.

About 45 minutes. I started with P90 and that takes iirc 35 or so. I don't follow the diet portion, I've cut out all corn and it's byproducts and drink water and sometimes crystal light stuff. No soda for nearly six months. I'm also convinced corn is the devil's food.
