Only ramen I've had is Japanese, and it is awesome. Never had the stuff they sell in grocery stores that's 30 cents a bag.

You can spice up the cheap stuff too (and severely cut back on the sodium packed power stuff)! I often opt for more easy, quick to make stuff since I love alone and don't have a lot of money to throw around.

i dunno, man. i end up feeling satisfied.

and the cereal i've been getting lately is "protein and fiber crunch."

i don't buy meat at the grocery store anymore. but i don't really avoid any seafood, and if i'm at a restaurant or something and there's a meat dish i really want, i'll get it.

restaurants are generally where you get the worst quality meat and you're almost never sure of the source unless its one of the rare good ones that tell you

no, just trying to not be fat. i figured cutting out unnecessary meat was an easy way to do that, and so far it's been workin'.

also i do think animal cruelty in the meat industry is pretty abhorrent so the less i patronize it the better
