Default what browser add-ons do you use?

Firefox here, and I use:

Noscript
Adblock+
Download Manager Tweak (makes download window conform to the main window size)
DownThemAll
FloatNotes (make notes on virtual post it notes on webpages)
InstantFox (set shortcuts for searching, for example g netphoria would search google for netphoria; w billy corgan would search wiki for bc, etc. you can customize it of course)

I'm going to find an auto gmail checker when i get a few mins later to test a few

what other addons do you dudes use?

adblock for chrome
disconnect and ghostery, both prevent websites from tracking searches and gathering advertising data from me
f.b. purity, customizable filter for facebook, allows me to hide elements like application posts and others as well
quietube - little link pops up in address bar that displays a current video without ads and pictures and stuff around

there's something about "tweak" that implies circular, pinching motion.

I have Adblock Plus, and used to have something called SoThink Web Video Downloader that let you download any flash videos (not just YouTube); it stopped working a couple of updates ago. Any recommendations for a replacement?

btw could somebody explain to me why NoScript is useful.
i tried it and really didn't see the point of having it installed if you already have AdBlock, and all it does is block every YouTube embed and all that, and ends up bothering you more than doing any actual good.

If this is true, I'm switching to Chrome once this becomes a reality.

I tried to find a link, but couldn't find anything like I thought I had once read. This says it just auto-disables them on update but you can still enable them.

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/...ting%20Firefox

I do know they're trying to bring them "in-house" for security reasons.
