can anyone recommend good books to study up on politics and foreign affairs and the economy

obviously not textbooks since i'm like not in school and am clearly too stupid for them
serious question though

i'll take suggestions from literally anyone including omega concern

nah there's too many too choose from. hate to be broad but i suggest just going the the current affairs section at barnes and noble and looking for something in your interest level.

as for politics in general i think going to both liberal and conservative political sites on a regular basis will give you a grounding of what's going on. i think the mistake people make is they get all their information from one place and they never leave their mental comfort zone

i'm not big on political literature but i just finished Game Change. its old news in that its about behind the scenes 2008 shit but reading it it's crazy how that election was in retrospect
