it is always amazing how the internet can get a dozen people who mostly agree about something to argue about some other pointless thing.

i can't find a single person who "supports" hermain cain. But everybody wants to fight about him.

Four accusers.... seems like it is time for him to throw in the towel. Guy is done. Although I can't say I mind him sticking around to further divide this anti-Muslim, anti-science political party

anyway, seems the base is still rallying around cain pretty strong. his numbers went down a bit but not enough where he's down there with perry or anything. i don't know the electoral math as to which states matter but judging from the polls posted here www.race42012.com it seems not wildly unlikely he could cause an upset ...?

i think the scandals could benefit him via moneybombs

Different deal here, the others (minus Perry) don't have money to compete in a lengthy primary (Cain's fundraising I'm guessing has slowed greatly along with his poll dip). Newt winning SC and maybe Iowa and 2nd in NH would help him monetarily a lot, but Romney is so far ahead financially it'll be insanely hard to outlast him.

yes i don't see how it could be anybody but romney as far as money and endorsements go. but the mccain comeback last time 'round taught me to never say never. it was a different scenario but it just shows you never know

I think they'll end up settling with him fie, he's their best hope against Obama probably. Once Newt gets his limelight he'll get the media obsession all the others have received that led to their downfall.
