i'm gonna rattle some things off the top of my head but i know i'm gonna forget stuff.

some sort of foam snowman... totally escaping me as to what exactly it was. blerg

a beet dish which was the 1 dish out of 20 that i did not love

pork shoulder cigar

pork belly something or other

wisconsin style soup with cheese and.... some kind of sausage i think?

a chicken noodle soup with the broth all absorbed into the noodles

fois gras

miso soup

oh man how did i forget so many already?! they were all so delicious! some of the stuff is still on the menu but most of it is gone already. my god it was unspeakably good. i couldn't believe it.

i'd like to take tom to alinea but i gotta see if i can swing that

I'm watching Man v. Food. I love spicy food, but some of these spicy challenges this guy takes down are crazy. He just downed a burger topped with jalapeno, serrano, habanero and ghost chili.

I don't know how he still has an asshole with all those spicy foods he's eaten. Dude looked like he was going to die while eating that shit.

I think he's like Ass Napkin Ed at this point. Shit just leaks out of him.

Looks like Blais going to win Top Chef. Suck it, Geo!

And I'm not happy that this Dbag is hosting Top Chef Masters this time around...

I hate that motherfucker. That "Take Home Chef" show in TLC was just fucking retarded and now he goes on Biggest Loser (also known as HEY LET'S SEE IF WE CAN KILL SOME FAT PEOPLE). Ass faced fuck.

I don't really care for Top Chef Masters anyway. I might watch if Tom Douglas is on. I was pretty bored with it a couple of seasons back.

The twelve contestants this season: Hugh Acheson (Athens, GA), Floyd Cardoz (NYC), John Currence (Oxford, MS), Traci Des Jardins (San Francisco), George Mendes (NYC), Mary Sue Milliken (Los Angeles), Naomi Pomeroy (Portland, OR), Suvir Saran (NYC), John Rivera Sedlar (Los Angeles), Alex Stratta (Las Vegas), Celina Tio (Kansas City, MO), and Sue Zemanick (New Orleans, LA).

No one from Chicago so I hope they all burn in a kitchen fire.

Rockin' Taco has a spicy challenge. it's pretty ridiculous, but some asshole from food network will be there next month.
