Bono prancing around the UN or with national leaders from all over with his huge, yellow tinted sunglasses, ranting about the third world debt is just a pathetic image.

The man should put his money where his mouth is and try to make a difference instead of forcing it on other people. There is a reason that he and The Edge own the largest, most luxurious hotel in Dublin.

There are others, but that's one reason that I can't stand U2.

The man goes around the world and visits third-world countries and honestly tries to make a difference through holding fundraisers and the like for the destitute. Many of the people I know dislike Bono as a musician but like him as a humanitarian.

Like him or not, I think, if nothing else, his heart is in the right place.
