I have, the risks are over-exaggerated imo. I'm sure there are legitimate risks, but I believe the benefits outweigh them.
Chances are they won't even drill on my property...Leasing your property does not mean they will drill. All of our neighbors have had leases for the past 6 or so years and none have had drilling on their property.

If they would actually drill on our property we could get royalties of up to 40K per MONTH!

also here is a little scenario i like to run through my head:

Obama is finally the first black president. However, in this position, he opposses the very ideals of others in high places of power, and they have made his every step significantly difficult, maybe even bringing about worse problems and complicating solutions. Their plan is to shut the masses up and make them eager for another white president.
Obama retires and the weight upon his shoulders is heavy. He was supposed to surpass martin lurther king and be the champion of actual change, but will now only have the novelty of being the first black president.
He decides to write a tell all book. He's in a better position of expose than anyone before him, as he has a moral obligation to all the oprahs and kanyes and judge mathis of the world and he just lets loose on all that insider shit. aliens mostly. thats what i like to think anyway.
