Eric Blair is probably intelligent enough to speak constructively on the economy, however he is such a pretentious asshole that he is foiled by his desire to play stupid, pretending he doesn't understand how a society can have free market values sans a free market in the purest laissez-faire sense, in order to act out an infantile compulsion to spite boarders he doesn't like.

You basically have to do it the first time around like my buddy Clay did or you can go back and work full time and go to school full time and I'll tell you right now I am not keen on doing the latter. I don't care if it's what's "holding me back" from "being somebody" or whatever the fuck redbreegull tells himself at night to make himself feel good, even though i know full well he knows how meaningless life is and if you're working real hard to "be somebody" or "make an impact" or whatever that there's going to be a meteor or a sunflare or mankind pressing buttons they aren't supposed to or you could just die on your own, suddenly. live for the moment, there's nothing wrong with that. stop letting modern cultural standards dictate what your level of success is.

i'm fine right now, i could be paid more but the economy is growing and i'm smart as hell. I read about how kids are graduating schools without complex reasoning skills or writing skills (28if) or any of the general things college is supposed to teach you. I think I knew how to do all that shit before I spent 20 thousand future dollars but whatever. I got skills, I'mma get P.I.D. I'll keep writing, maybe I can get paid for that too.

i dunno i don't like the last word. it just seems like a relic of the pre-democratic age where if you wanted to learn a trade you'd apprentice yourself to someone. this isn't 1740 though so i'm kind of sick of it. Mainly because it's such a huge stumbling block to being able to work & go to school. I mean other than the fact that we're being criminally underpaid to start work these days anyway.
