We picked up a shitty Keurig so I've been abusing the coffee that came with it. None of it is really very tasty tbh, so hopefully I can find something nice and girly for it.

anyway you can buy your own k cups and fill them with your own grounds. i'm probably doing that so i can have delicious Anderson's Costa Rica every morning.

I've heard excellent, excellent things about these. I mean rave reviews. Is the impact on the brew really that awesome over a crummy trickle?

i mean, i don't really know enough about coffee to get into it very deeply. it does seem....smoother? or something? i dunno, just really tasty coffee. certainly better than what i've had from drip machines and better than a french press too. couldn't tell you exactly how or why though.

I've heard it's so carmel-y you really don't even need sugar. Some blowhards here will say real men drink black coffee anyway, but fuck those guys, I like my coffee like the Wolf.

i almost always drink my coffee black.

setting it up really isn't a pain in the ass (put water in the bottom part, coffee in the top part, put it on the stove)... but cleaning it can be a little annoying since both pieces are a little awkwardly shaped. also sometimes some of the coffee won't drain through the filter, which can be annoying sometimes. but overall i would recommend it for sure. i got it for tom for christmas last year.

i thought it was pretty common knowledge that espresso has less caffeine than filtered coffee.
