i take lots of laxatives every night before bed and starve myself on weekends.

if i'm going to drink alcohol i make sure i don't eat. wouldn't want to double up on calories.

if i have a craving for fast food i make sure i get it from some really dirty place where the food is unhygenic so that my body flushes it out before it can digest it.

i exercise 16 times a week. i put thinspo up in front of my treadmill. it works really well. sometimes i run until i pass out just from chasing my dreams

I moonlight as a ups package handler so I can sort of eat whatever I want. I leave work every morning soaked in sweat

Not getting fat has nothing to do with what you do or don't eat. It only has to do with how much strength building you do and how much muscle mass you have. Someone who doesn't eat much and doesn't work out is not staying "fit" because if they don't work out then there is no muscle mass to prevent fat buildup from happening when they finally do eat. This is why some people can be 300 pounds, go down to 180, then go back up to 300 just like Oprah.

If you've seen pictures of my arms or abs in the photo album then you know what is involved in really being fit.
