Overall a good job on this… 27 out of 30, less a 3 point deduction for late submittal. Final score is 24.

It had to be made only in HTML - which meant it had to look like some fucking garbage website from the 90s. It's like the university's retard hurr-durr idiot computer class that everyone's forced to take that I put off until my senior year because I'm not a 12-year-old girl who only uses computers for myspace.
