it was the monday after thanksgiving i realized that morning that i never wanted to go back to the job so I went in and said that i was putting in my two weeks and they were like, "You know we'll just let you have two weeks pay instead of a christmas bonus and you don't have to come in anymore."

My bosses think I did a great job but the miserable bitches (sorry Charmbag, ******) that I worked with were constantly on my ASS all the TIME because I wasn't as profoundly unhappy and stressed out as they were because they are horrible cunts (sorry Charmbag, ******).

Thanks but I really can't. It's my best friend since kindergarden. She kind of knows what is going on with me though so she would be understanding I guess but I know she really wants me there and I'm not going to see her for a long time. It's just so fucking difficult to socialize and be normal... Its a dinner and there will only be about 20 people there..they might go out to a bar after. I really don't want to do that but I know that I'll end up being the Debbie Downer if I say I'm not going, maybe I can slink away unnoticed.

for me it's because i'm always so out of it/dissociated that i have to focus so hard on keeping up with what is going on outside my brain. it takes a TON of energy. and then to go with that i often lose track of conversations and stuff so just the prospect freaks me out. i think people just think i have bad ADD or something

and also just generalized anxiety from depression/ptsd makes it hard. and having to hide feeling like shit because otherwise you'll feel like you're being the aforementioned Debbie Downer
