Default Tell us about your drummer audition...

Where was it at?
Who was there watching you?
What did you play?

Give us some behind the scenes info if you tried out...

At my high school
My band director
Snare

Not much happened behind the scenes. I think our field show that year was latin music inspired. Oh, and we did that Paul Simon song "Late In The Evening"

You played Late In The Evening? In High School? Was no one aware of the lyrics about drugs?

Yeah, looking back it is pretty ridiculous. But we were a marching band, so no one knew them.

After I finished the greatest drum solo in the history of mankind, Billy let me in and I kicked him out of the band immediately.

We jammed out to Faith Hill's "This Kiss" pretty fuckin hardcore. Jeff kept peeking out from behind a nearby refrigerator like an abused kitten.

Did billy place a gag order on them? It seems really strange that not a single person (of the thousand applicants) has come forward to share their stories.

If the audition was G.L.O.W. on Guitar Hero drums, I would win.

you people are fuckin retards.. this guy is posting a new topic on something thats actually interesting and cool but yet you all saturate it with bullshit comments. save the fucking webspace for people who actually DID audition for billy and might have a nice story to tell!

but on the flip-side, any professional drummer who submitted for that audition probably couldn't give a shit less if this netphoria site even existed.. so there ya go.. crucify me now, i'm gonna keep my eyes glued to the messageboard because i just care sooooo much about what you have to say about it..
