What school does she go to? My school's "health center" had doctors. I mean, you usually saw nurses or NPs, but doctors were on staff to answer questions/do exams that the others couldn't do.

The health center at her school probably doesn't take her insurance, but the exam itself is probably going to be really really cheap, if not free, because she pays for that out of her tuition anyway.

She goes to a little public liberal arts school in southern Maryland. Their health center has nurses there all the time and a doctor comes once a week. The whole school has around 2000 kids.

They're still equiped to deal with things like this. Answering questions and running tests (if needed) and the like.
