Seriously. My mom quizzed me as to why I wanted to go to the gyno, but so what. You'll have to be prepared to say "I want to be a healthy woman and have my yearly checkups to ensure I'm okay". Its not that hard.

Her school is in the middle of nowhere and she doesn't have a car. There is no bus system or anything. It'll have to wait until at least spring break.

And yeah, she is 20, but she's just not very good at taking initiative on things. She needs to have her hand held through a lot of "adult" things like this, either by me or her parents. It bugged me a lot more when we first started dating than it does now. It's not that she's immature or stupid, she's just kind of scatterbrained. She's actually one of the smartest people I've ever met.
