im planning on taking my Sommelier tests in march, continue with that and eventually open a wine bar in the next 4 years.

That sucks restaurants are always stressful to work at, especially snobby places. Right now I bartend at an Irish pub and the owner is bipolar.. he isn't as bad to me as he is to the other staff but he is incredibly mean.. If you over poor a drink he'll yell in his Irish accent in front of all the customers "Hey GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ARSE ! THIS ISN"T A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION" .. lol

When I broke up with my boyfriend he asked me if I got tired of him sleeping with everyone from here to the coast of Maine..(his family is from there and he goes back and forth a lot) .. all this shit looks funny when I type it but it's not while it's happening .. He says shit in front of customers a lot which they always complain to us about and he always makes all the employees miserable and nervous.. I want to leave but I like it there otherwise and when he isn't being a cunt he is pretty cool..and the money is very good..
