Oh, and as for deerhunter...being a support band isn't about money, it's about riding the coattails of a more famous band to gain fans and notoriety. Dumb shits.

If you actually gave guitar pick guy a pick, I wonder what would happen. He'd probably freak out and attack you. And then when you're unconscious, he'd strip your clothes off of you and wear them himself, and then he'd continue asking for guitar picks.

I think is something much more sinister and horrifying than that. Hopefully the origin story of guitar pick guy will remain a mystery, though, I wouldnt want this amazing character to be demystified the same way darth vader was on star wars.

So we got a little insight to Pick Guy's history. He talked of asking security people and crew members of different bands for guitar picks. He said he obtained several picks from other bands' crew and what not, but never the Smashing Pumpkins, and then I can quote him saying..."I just want one from the Smashing Pumpkins".

The guitar pick guy reminds me of this Jamaican bum named Prince Dragon I met on the city bus one time but all he talked about was the Lord except when a woman with large breasts came on the bus. Then the conversation jumped from Jesus to how lovely her boobs were.
