Maybe. It depends on how it compares to Achtung Baby, In Utero and Mellon Collie.

It's alright. It's pretty hard to say what is the best album of the nineties (it's hard to say best of period), but Ok Computer is definitely not it.

Spiderland
Mezzanine
Dummy
Slanted and Enchanted
I Can Hear the Heart Beating as One
Siamese Dream
13
Millions Now Living Will Never Die
Homogenic
Dirty
Loveless
maybe some stuff by the Make Up

So yeah, there's some competition. All a matter of personal preference.

This is dumb. I love Radiohead, and OKC is my favorite album of the nineties, but there's nothing definitive about any album's place in the top spot of a decade. Some people have already listed albums that give it a good run for its money in my mind ("13", "Siamese Dream", and "The Soft Bulletin" come to mind).

Decent, pretty good, pretty good, pretty good, no, great but not OKC, pretty good, way overrated, pretty good, pretty good, boring, nah.

Also I don't think that Tool album is half bad, although I sold it because I never listened to it. I just like making fun of Tool. And that album is definitely not OKC, although there are some really really good moments on it. I'm enjoying the fuck offs though. Y'all need to chill da fuck out.

i think we can all agree these albums are not, in fact, OK Computer, but it doesn't mean they're not better.

You're right, Jump Little Children is better than Radiohead.

In Utero, Siamese Dream, and OK Computer are my top three albums of the 90's, if not all time. Fuckin' a.

I meant to use the icon. I was just kidding. Jeez. And yes, the bickering about OK Computer is sort of pointless.

The Bends? Hello?

I'm tired of people fapping all over OK Computer. I think it's kind of boring. Paranoid Android is awesome, Electioneering is a personal favorite and Climbing Up the Walls is very evocative but I still think the Bends is better.

But when it's all said and done, Kid A owns j00.

agreed. but still no-one decides what's the best album of the 90's. IMHO, I think it's OKC, though.

You just can't be serious. Mellon Collie might be the best album if Corgan had some self control and made one cd.

Oh, I'm serious. The Bends is a collection of really fucking good rock songs. There is no Porcelina, Ruby, Tonight, Tonight, or 1979. No song that completely changes the idea of what a great "alternative rock" song is, or totally changes your image of the band.

Fucking great album? Hell yeah. Better than MCIS? Nope.
