if you diet you will only put the weight back on again unless you carry on doing the diet! - people think that if you diet and diet and diet you will eventually die.. basically a diet is just when you cut foods (or change portion sizes) of your daily diet - you lose weight till a certain point and no more (which is what alot of people don't believe)

you should think of it more like a change in diet permanently rather than a diet (where you will carry on eating the same as before when you cant sustain your diet any longer because its stupid)

so for your sake, and the sake of human kind, would you be so kind as to just cut bad carbs out of your diet permanently? perhaps cut sugar too? oh! You could also eat brown rice, bread and pasta too

i had pms so bad once i threw my phone and busted it. i never argued with anyone i just took it out on appliances. but dark chocolate solved all that.

I can't remember (and am too lazy to google) what it is in chocolate that gives that calming effect. I just make sure that the house is stocked with plenty of Lindt 75% dark chocolate, cocoa powder and that my wife is regularly supplied with attention and hot water bottles.

This makes my life considerably easier.
