Length isn't an issue for me unless individual songs have segments that are too long :0

thats a good one

i dont think Dirty is too long, the tracks at the back-end of the record are the better ones (JC, Chapel Hill etc).

Machina
Hail to the Thief
Discovery (I love the album but it could afford to lose a couple of tracks, particularly Too Long... which is indeed.... too long).
The Fragile (Again I really like NIN, easily one of my favourite artists and the Fragile is chock full of great songs but as a double CD I find it drags a bit particularly compared to say MCIS).

Zeitgeist. drags about around Neverlost... maybe it's not too long-- it could be the sequencing.

Just out of curiosity, what would you cut from Adore? And would you add anything to make it flow better?

If I had to choose, I would so get rid of Daphne Descends.

But Daphne Descends is great, its so organic and has so much energy (for me at least).
As for Shame, I didn't particularly like it until I read Billy's online journal entry thing about writing it. Couldn't be bothered to explain but I imagine them recording it the way he described it and it completely made the song for me. Not to mention the 2007 live versions are kick ass.
The song that has always bugged me on Adore is Once Upon A Time. It is the only song I skip, it just doesn't feel emotional in what should be an emotional song.

I don't really mind the length of Adore, but if I had to cut material I think it would be Perfect, Appels and Oranjes, and Tale of Dusty.
