i just missed out on a perfect apartment

i never leave answering machine messages, but i just left a very sad one. 'if they decide not to move in, i'll still be here'...i cant settle for another apartment. that one had a buzzer system that would allow me to filter who could visit me and protect me from crackheads. it was also within a 5 minute walking distance of 40 bars.

im staying at a hostel. its going to add up after a while. i might check out and try sleeping around. it worked my first night in the city, i had no place to go so i went to a bar ten minutes before it closed and i found a woman who let me sleep in her basement after giving her the misguided impression that i was interested in becoming her roomate. i snuck the fuck out in the morning, and will avoid that street for weeks.

if it would warm up i could sleep outside

I'm in the process of getting one/missing out on one now.

Trying to get this house thats in the main party area. It would be huge for us if we got it, but we're in a race right now with another fraternity to get it, so hopefully we sign the lease first today.

that weasel who said the apartment was rented today...i only looked at it two days ago. it was overpriced too, i thought i was safe in taking my time cause no one else would be stupid enough to pay what they were asking.

i was talking about its location was (above a pizza store and sandwich shop) to my friend and a bartender chimed in 'right above where that child prostitution ring was' there was allegedly a child prositution ring being operated out of the pizza store... i didnt think anyone would be in a hurry to move it

we dont get very exciting news around here, so this was sensational when it happened. i think alot of the stories about it were blown out of proportion. i remember hearing some of the young girls were on lsd.

speaking of local news, after a hard day of walking around looking at apartment locations i decided to take a break and sit on a park bench and try to look cool. I think it worked as i was sprawled across the bench the local media came....the guy was filming bits of trash and talking about how theres litter in the city...early in the week he had a shocking expose on how some crosswalks are not painted very well which i complimented him on....he asked me if i wanted to talk about liter in the city but i knew it would be a hatchet job and theyd only take a sound bite.

i wish i said "your looking for a sound bite, heres youre fucking soundbite FUCK YOU"...it they let me fully express my views on litter for 30 minutes i would have done it...or if the local weather girl asked me, i would do anything for her. i would have given her a polite answer to show that im you know, a good guy.

i caloled back today to ask if the other fuckers put a down payment on ... thae lady said, "nmatt the propertyis gone!!'.......it hurtsa so much. ita only begumn to sink in that i cant have it. i still dont want to bwelive it.

the difficultys of finding an apartnment are what caused me to leabve back whwen i had the job at the titty bar here...the bar is closed now *(it went crazy) .

i owe the hostel a few days pay....if i pay, anorther tenant told me, i copuld ask the guy about shady under the table work which apparently heis a runner of. or i could just split and save the 100+ bucks i owe him.

i started drinking this morningh. i bumped into some older guy who told me to drop by tonight and smoke a joint with him and hed find me an apartment downtown....i salso bumped into a girl that likesm that im sure i couyld crassh with. i figured iy wwould take 1-2 days here to find an apratment. its close to a week, and im still nowheree.

i shouild have took thatn apartmebnt....i might get one on a bad street. ive got friends in the area, but i hear crackheads break in ans steal your guitarsa there, itsa 60+ more than the other onwe, i could find a room,ate though there it would be cvheaper...some girl messaged me and told me i could stay with her but shes always fucking with m=y head. the phone nuimber she gave me diesnt work

when i was homeless before i had a girls swipe card thsat grNTED me acess to the laubndry/computer room on cvampuss.....im thinking about trying to convince campus security to activate my student id to grant me i.d. to get into the laundry riooom so i dont have sleep in thew cold....i think nthere might be a freedom of information act in place that would let them know that im not enrolled here

bavys mama had some funny parts. probably the only movie aimed at a female audience ive ever went to..didnt know steve martin was going to be in it. his books from back in the day are really good.

thqt tina, fey. oh boy.

there were some handicap people in the front, groaning throughout the movie... i wondered if i could have went to the office and complained in order to get free tickets to another movie becaujse of their disturbbance but figured that would be me being too much of a dick...if i saw saomeone ewlse complaining about handicap people id probably get upset.

it had chcik flick moments, that sorta made me wish i sat out as i could have seen it on the bus here that always shows those sort of movies. overall it was pretty good.
