well, it's not CGI, it's a costume which keeps in line with most of the animation of the old episodes and it's only the top half of the costume. It's a common monster but i hope the mouth has some animatronics to it or something.

I would say it has decent potential to not suck.

I wonder if, since it takes place prior to the closing of the series in terms of timelines, that the smoking man may be in it? Even if it's just a bit part, i think i would shit my pants then and there. i wish it weren't so unlikely

I know, but mulder could be leaving after arguing with him in skinners office back when he used to come in the other door before he goes to work on this latest case. just a throwback or something, i know its stupid but i guess the fanboy in me will always hope!
