hope they don't go crazy with the sell-off; they may need to buy them back when they recommence the tour.

Those are pretty fucking cool, if not a bit Hard Rock Cafe-ish.

Jimmy plays Vic Firth sticks, not Zildjians.
I smell something fishy.

...not Ginger's panties as previously mentioned.

My question is is the discography signed by everyone in the new SP even though some of them didn't play on any of the records? That would be kind of weird. When I met the Pumpkins at an in-store signing back in 2000 I had all of them (excluding Melissa) sign my Adore LP cover. Everytime I look at it I think of how Jimmy signed it but didn't actually play on it. It bothers me I guess. I wish I hadn't of done it.

IAWTP...

purchasing an autograph is so bunk; also about Adore: good point, I would regret it, too

I can never get close enough to any of them to get an autograph for free; therfore purchasing is a viable option.

This gets me to thinking about who the fuck really has control over the website and its contents. There have been some people within the entertainment field whose websites are run by a third party (who rarely, if ever has contact with the said actual person/people) but who has been contracted by management or the group who "owns" them (in this case, I guess it would be Warner?) to run their "official" website. Lots of merchandise hocking (some of which is rather questionable) goes on, some of it of rather dubious origin. It sounds to me like Warner gave Bollster the contract, but in the deal--rather than demand high record sales--they would simply recoup the money from the contract via tour and merchandising opportunities like this.

There's no way I'm buying either of these because it's ridiculous. However, I'm interested about Machina II being included with the discog. Wonder if it's vinyl sourced.

Ahahaha. Dear lord.
As dreadful as their list of clients is, however, I believe that most of the time they are only taking orders from the management that acts as a liaison between the people who supervise the webpage and the band/actor/entertainer.

that is weird. if it was a cleaned up/remixed version you'd think they would make more of it. my guess is it is just a cd-r of the quality that is freely available, or maybe cranked up like those that appeared on rotten apples/judas 0.

Does the discography have actual discs or is it just a framed poster of all their album covers? The price would suggest discs included but then again who knows..... Why does it say the stuff was added to their catalog on December 26th but they just put an advertisement out about it yesterday?

Same. I had a big poster of Adore and Melissa drew a picture of herself to fit in. I thought it was rather cute.
