keep your boundries. some people are awful and will dump guilt on you that is illegitimate just to manipulate you. that's bs. dont take on anyone else's bs just because they want to dump it on you. be polite and civilized when having to have contact with a person you have to work with because you live with them but dont let them get you down. protect yourself so you can make your life better and happier and stronger. and when someone gets nasty with you just say something like "oh i see your having a bad day right now. when you are ready to talk to me like human being let me know". and dont talk to them unless they talk to you with respect. it's very important to protect yourself
