i cannot believe i only just decided to see what this thread is all about TODAY. what took me so long? I was recruited into the army and didn't even know! Ok anyway, I'm only on page 3, I have some more reading to do; carry on...

edited to say, after getting to the end: i am way too right brained for this stuff. But i hope you guys figure it out; if i were more the analytical type, this would probably be great fun. I'll just go over here and daydream and draw stuff while you guys work this out

"love it or leave it" is a popular saying pertaining to the US (at least thats how i am familiar with the saying) started to the best of my knowledge during the vietnam era regarding people who disagreed with the government? Does this tie into the general theme of the album? Revolution, disagreeing with the government?

also are the misspellings here on purpose? "dissapeared" "sequnces" and "dissapeared" again. it's a bit odd to have the same word misspelled twice, its one thing to screw up once but to do it twice is either done on purpose or the person just doesn't know how to spell the word, it wasn't a missed keystroke.

misspelled significant in this post

"lovened" is a strange word to use, i have never heard it before. It is not in a regular dictionary (www.dictionary.com) but it is found in the urban dictionary http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=lovened ...sounds like a made up word, or a regional slang, you might be able to pinpoint where this guy is from by the words he chooses to use....

FOR INSTANCE

he also uses the word honor, but spells it "honour" ... to the best of my knowledge this spelling is used outside of the US, like in England - they always add in the extra vowel on words like honour and colour and shit like that instead of the american way of spelling like honor and color... don't know if this matters but i thought it was interesting.

Billy's name is misspelled with a (Unn) then there's the (DISS) in the disappear and the (QUN) in sequences. However these letter combinations don't coincide with the DNA sequences the 8 sides are telling us. Maybe we can work with them though?

True, that's a great point. I think deep down though T&T is right. We should all look back at the original files. That's where the clues are. I believe the whole "roots of the pieces changed and unchanged" refers to the constant "fixing" of the original QAOS and Adore Demos II files. There's gotta be something there.

But remember, Billy has a tendency to misspell things. Rhinoceros, Mayonaise just to name a few

I don't think this is right. sequence 4 wasn't a "side" of a tape, whereas the other leaks really were sides of a tape. Wasn't the meaning of "sequence 4" just the 4th order of the songs they tried? Wasn't there an interview where Billy said after they were done recording he got the recordings and just drove around in his car and listened to them over and over trying to figure out an order to put them in? maybe flood was in the car to, i only vaguely remember this.

he asks whether TATAAA and UAG have disappeared. he then asks whether the original IV sequences have ALSO disappeared. By using the word ALSO he not including TATAAA and UAG as part of the 'IV sequences" or his sentence would make no sense.

the only way Ice Cream's interpretation would make sense is if 6 sides have been released so far (sequence IV having 4 sides?) + TATAAA and UAG. But that really doesn't make much sense for a Vth.. if this really does mean 5th.
