I would have gotten no grades in every single class, and what those are is when you pass a course and you don't show up to the required number of days. They waived it so I could graduate on time.

I had some goals in college, like write for the paper, graduate, and in my last year i promised myself to get at least a 3.0 and i accomplished all three and still felt like shit. I also decided before my junior year that I was going to stop living off my parents and take care of myself, also accomplished.

I'm sorry Seems like you enjoy working towards the goals more than actually getting them? OR you need a lady around to tell you how proud she is of you and then throw you a party and give you sweet lovin.

hey man i'll tell you, my team doesn't get national champioships handed to them so I'm pretty happy when they get them. Ohio State seems to be great at losing them though.

41-14. wire to wire #1. over rated perhaps? Every single year? yup.

yup. just said that myself. would it make you feel better if we joined the sec or what? and its not like we're in our own secluded little powder puff league. osu has proven themselves by winning big games outside of their conference.

note: pointing back to the florida game is not a sufficient rebuttal.

how about pointing to the fact that if they beat a 25th ranked team tonite it will be their BEST win of the year to this point. That's not number 1 material.

by the way i have to say that red dragon was engaging because of Ralph Feinnes but Brett Ratner did his best to ruin it, but he couldn't ruin a script that presented a serial killer as sympathetically as that one did. I don't know if we needed Red Dragon to come after Ed Norton's family at the end though.
Didn't mind Ratner's take, even if hes made a couple of crappy movies they still have moments where it looks pretty and the cast overall really held Red Dragon together. The ending is closer to the book, but not perfectly because, in the book, Red Dragon comes after him, beats the crap out of him, and Norton's character is pernamently disfigured and his wife leaves him.

Anyway, its still a better ending than "DAH-DAH-IN-DA-GADDA-DA-VITTA" and the dude from C.S.I. smashing through a window.

im talking in the last few years. texas(pretty much gave them the game in 05, went on to win it all), notre dame(when they were top 10), washington (who many predicted to upset us), miami (on a 2 year winning streak). the big ten isnt the strongest conference at the moment but look at their bowl game record last year.

its like im a bad guy for supporting my school.

trotsky, i feel for ya man. im sorry your team can't handle a battered nebraska team coming off a three game losing streak. it must be pretty frustrating.

So you're reaching back two years AND including Notre Dame and Washington.

let's just step back and think about that for a second.

Another wild day of college football ended late Saturday (or early Sunday, depending on your time zone). The highlight was Georgia knocking off Florida, celebrating from start to finish. Meantime, Connecticut beat South Florida. Mississippi State beat Kentucky. Oregon beat USC.

And, oh yeah, Ohio State won.

Again.
