I don't really have any sex advice besides to listen to communicate with your partner as far as what you like and what you don't. I would say most bad sex is avoidable if you just tell the person you don't like what they are doing instead of not saying anything because you're afraid they will somehow be offended. And if they are, let's say, totally ignoring something that you sort of wish they would pay attention to then say something.
