edit: for your education, Pasadena is a suburb of LA full or old, rich, people. It's like Beverly Hills, but not as famous or glamorous because it's just a bit too far from the movie studios for the actors to live. I-bankers, movie execs, and other types of rich people live here, and thus there are high quality restaurants mostly of the cali-fusion variety. In Hollywood, a restaurant has to have style to stay open. In Pasadena, a restaurant has to have good food to stay open. Tokyo Wako is at an outdoor mall that tourists visit when they come see the Rose Parade. I can't believe Billy slummed it like that. I guess I'm an even bigger nerd for writing about it.
