Default Transmission Boot

I was wondering if anyone wanted a rip of this as I've never seen it on any list (including SPFC and SP Freaks):

I'm not sure if the Jools Holland or the TFI Friday tracks are on another boot.

I have the Transmission boot..However, it does not look like that..Mine is the full show of the Botanique Gardens show 28th May 1998 and bonus tracks from 25th May in Sweden.

I ripped it a few years ago to share..Not sure if I did the best job of it as i was new to EAC at the time but I made a text file as the following:

1998-05-28 Botanique Gardens, Brussels, BE - 2 sources*

*1st Source:

Disc 1:

01. To Sheila
02. Once Upon a Time
03. Ava Adore
04. Crestfallen
05. Tear
06. Daphne Descends
07. Thru the Eyes of Ruby
08. Perfect
09. Tonight, Tonight
10. Stumbleine
11. Interlude
12. Bullet with Butterfly Wings

Disc 2:

01. Shame
02. For Martha
03. 1979
04. Transmission [Joy Division]
> Help [Beatles] (tease)

? > "Transmission" original COMMERCIAL BOOT > EAC (Secure mode) > Flac

NOTE: Bootleg claims to be a SBD recording, but much more likely to be an FM or vid recording, although spfc claims the FM and vid recordings were incomplete sources, whereas this is the complete show.

Ripped by Spaldz - e-mail: spaldzandthecats@hotmail.com
Source Format Rating Length Equipment Size Type
SBD? CD - 120m - 872MB FLAC

I don't really know what I'm doing here so any help would be great. Does any of this look wrong? Hope I don't have any trouble torrenting it either.

SPFC has the one you mentioned as "Transmissions" and it's not the first time either. There were also two different Spaceboy and The World is a Vampire boots.

The one I have is 100% called Transmission..has a picture of Billy on the front holding a crystal thing..It's pretty decent for a bootleg.

I don't think this is working. Can someone give me a retard-proof step-by-step guide to upload a torrent please? There is nothing about it in the easy to understand torrent thread . Zomb mentions a database link, advanced uploads and passkeys and shit. I don't know what to do.

Right, Zomb says: Successfully uploaded!

You can start seeding now. Note that the torrent won't be visible until you do that!

What do I do now?

You need to set up EAC better first
I don't have time to go right through it now but, first set the read offset to (your drive isn't listed here ) but i'd say it's +48
Use secure mode, not burst
Test and copy
If you have an OiNK account, there's a pretty good tutorial there on EAC setup

As opposed to just copy

http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/4743/48336123dz2.png

Resulting in a log such as this

Track 1
Filename G:\blahblah\blahblah [FLAC]\01 - hfgfhdj.wav

Pre-gap length 0:00:02.00

Peak level 97.5 %
Track quality 100.0 %

never used that option before.

with the newest eac, accuraterip is added as an extra test. i assume that's a good thing.

I went to rip an old CD of mine a little while ago and couldn't get it to rip without CRC mismatches. I borrowed a friends copy, same thing. Another friend of ours was storing some stuff at his house at the time, he also had a copy which i was finally able to get an error-free rip from

A lot of people have switched from EAC to dBpowerAMP CD Ripper. It uses Accuraterip as well, but puts a lot less strain on your drive. It's not free, but you can find it of course
