i am an only child. my mom has had two boys with her boyfriend though. i have met one of my half bothers once. that was 11 years ago.

I am not a spoiled brat, I've always done everything for myself and been a very independent people.
My parents did not buy me a car or a trip when I graduated high school.
They do not pay my rent.
They pay for half of my university tuition, the rest is covered by a scholarship.
