Do you happen to work for G. W. Bush?

Bill put out the ad to increase TFE record sales.

I would have been happy if Melissa was back with the band but but I guess she was busy with her new album.
Actually, back when Billy and Jimmy first offficially signed a record deal under the name Smashing Pumpkins, Melissa publicly said she would love to be in the band should D'arcy not come back; since then, Melissa has not made one statement regarding the band. As with most of the lineup questions, it does not appear this one will be answered? Did Billy ignore this request, did Billy, Jimmy, and Melissa meet and decide it would not work out, did Melissa choose to work on the next Auf der Maur album, or was it a mixture of all of these?

I expected D'arcy not to come back fomr day one, even if Corgan had not posted his bitter blog about her, the fact remains that she left under poor conditions. Although I was holding out for James, that did not seem like a reality to me either. I must say, that I was really hoping for Melissa back, her stage presence worked well with the band. Ginger is a great bass player and I have accepted her in the band 100%.

I'm also a hardcore fan, and have embraced the new members. It's nice to think that the people I pay to see/hear are happy to be there.

I also would've been happy if Melissa came back. I loved her. Not only musically, but she was really friendly in person. I met her at a radio show on her solo tour, and she signed autographs and put me on the guestlist for her show opening for Offspring.

Did anyone else hear that the reason she didn't join the band was that she couldn't commit 100%, I thought I read that on here somewhere. If that's the case, I take it as a good sign that the new members are more permenant than alot of pepople think.
