My brother finally sent me a message back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those who didn't see, my half brother who I only saw once since I was 7yrs old (which was when I was 14) - I found through myspace and sent a message. He obviously doesn't use it much since he has 7 friends and hadn't logged in since a month ago - well he just sent me a message back.

I can't believe it. I was actually on the phone with my Dad when I got the message so my Dad's all excited too. I wish I could go out right now and see him!!! I'm waiting to hear back from him if he comes into the city often at all - either way I said we have to meet up soon to catch up. I have soooo many questions and so much to tell him.

I'm crying! This is awesome!

My Dad used to be a pretty big asshole and Josh's mom was a bitch - so eventually after seeing him and my sister every weekend till I was 7, she took them away and vowed never to let us see them again. Completely cut us all off, even my Grandma, who has since passed and it breaks my heart to think about that. It's so weird to think that I'm going to have to tell Josh about all that. Oh yeah and Josh did find us when he was 19 but I think something happened - I don't even really know what but my Mom said my Dad was freaked out by it and didn't want to talk to him again. But now my Dad's really excited about it - I dunno, he has changed a lot since then so he probably just understands now how important family is and all that stuff. Plus he knows I've been looking for him for the last few years now.

NO KIDDING! I can't do anything right now but sit here with this huge smile on my face and every now and then I kinda scream, close my eyes really tight and tears come out, and then I laugh again. He seems like a pretty normal dude so far, then again all I can tell is that he smokes, drinks, he's an athiest, he's straight, and he's been through some college. lol

I keep imagining what it's going to be like meeting him. I really REALLY hope with all my heart that he can be a permanent fixture in my life again. There's so much to wonder right now!

I highly doubt that...I do get that it is a possibility but you don't understand what we've been through trying to stay together in our lives. Now we're finally old enough to make our own decisions. Unless he kills puppies for a living I don't see how I could hate him or think he's a jerk.

What if he works for a company that snuffs out rabies? He would then have to kill puppies through no fault of his own.
