According to a posting at ScorpsNews.com, SCORPIONS guitarist Rudolf Schenker revealed in the latest issue of the French magazine Rock Hard that SMASHING PUMPKINS frontman Billy Corgan makes an appearance on vocals in the new SCORPIONS song "The Cross", which is inclu_ded on the band's new CD, "Humanity - Hour 1", due in Germany on May 25.

Audio samples of all 12 songs that are set to appear on the forthcoming SCORPIONS album, "Humanity - Hour 1", are now available at the website of the German online retailer Weltbild.de. The CD was produced by James Michael and co-produced by songwriter/producer Desmond Child, who has worked with such high-profile pop/rock artists as AEROSMITH, BON JOVI, ALICE COOPER, KISS, RICKY MARTIN, CHER, MICHAEL BOLTON and BONNIE TYLER.

This is the link to the audio samples from the album, but if you click on the sample for "The Cross", you don't hear BC. He must be a guest on backing vocals at some point, or maybe he sings one verse which is not in the clip.. where's the leak?!
