they played third eye in san antonio during the lateralus tour and it was the loudest thing ive ver heard , every person there was screaming their lungs out, from the beginning of (-)ions through the end, really fucking amazing
tool is amazing
seeing them play that music live blows my mind
it gives me chills even now,

and i am pretty pumped to see Jambi, Vicarious, and 10,00 Days. you have to admit that the "set as i am in my ways and my arrogance......" part is pretty rocking.

actually that song really has an enormous sentimental meaning for me that i didn't really realize until just now when i started playing the "you're the only one who can hold your head up high / shake your fist at the gates saying 'i've come home now'"

yeah i love that song.

Just reading your post and thinking about the experience of seeing them perform W4M/10K Days live the other day gave me goosebumps...

Jambi has no energy live, big disappointment. On the other hand, Vicarious is wayyy better live, the last time he screams "Viiiiicaaaarrrrriouslllllyyy I, live as the whole world diiiiiiesss...." is amazing.

Also, Right In Two was surprisingly awesome live.
