like lucy sky diamonds said, we have braille on all of our bills and the coins that are similar sizes have different edges on them. Its never seemed to be an issue over here. When they print new bills they can just slightly vary the templates.

It seems like it would be easy enough to put some kind of holes or braille in the bills or something. That could be cool. I would think the braille would wear down, though.

They can't change the size of the bills though, or every vending machine, ATM machine, change machine, cash register, Coke/Pepsi machine, Gas pumps, banks, in the country would have to change. And that would be retarded to do. I think that is part of his point.

Would the vending machines/etc still work with holes/braille in the bills?

Exactly. Its not just a matter of switching out a couple components on the money pressing machines. Changing the size of the bills would require an entire overhaul of the way everybody in the country handles paper money. There's got to be a better way than that.
